Ingredients

Flour
250g
2 Cups
Baking Powder

2 - 3 Pinch
Milk
480g
2 Cup
Oil
120g
1/2 Cup

Method

Sieve Flour, Baking powder and Salt into a mixing bowl. Add the Milk and Oil to the flour mixture in the bowl mix the batter until no lumps are visible.

Place your pan on the Range (Stove) top and set to approximately 50% heat. Drop a little bit ( 1/2tsp) of oil in the pan, for only the first pancake, thereafter no more oil is needed. Pour approximately 1/2 a cup of batter at a time into the pan, just before the pan starts smoking on the heat. Cook 75 – 90 seconds, flip the pancake and cook approximately 30 seconds on the  flipped side.

Recipe makes approximately 10 Pancakes
