Ground Beef (Grind consistency & Fat % of your choice)

Diced Tomatoes - Use Tomatoes with 200mg or less Sodium

Worcestershire Sauce

Method

Puree the Diced Tomatoes.

Mix the Boerewors Spice, Worcestershire Sauce and Pureed Tomatoes together in a bowl. Add the Mixture to the Ground Beef and mix the ingredients until it’s properly mixed through.

Optional – Rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Add into Sausage Stuffer and stuff the mixture into 22mm – 28mm Lam casings or 30mm – 36mm pork casings. Casing type & thickness will be determined by your preference.
