Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during all public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
We use UPS Door to Door for cost-effective, day definite, delivery within one to five business days. Live rates will be applied at checkout.
Damage & losses:
Although we do our utmost to ensure boxes are packed with care, we cannot be held liable for damage during shipping. Shipping insurance will cover lost packages and total loss due to damage but will not cover damage to individual items. Shipping will be done at the risk of the purchaser.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control. If such delays occur, please contact us to assist with finalizing the delivery process.
