Cheddar Cheese (Grated)

Milk

1 Cup
Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup + 1 Tsp

Method

Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl then add the Grated Cheese and mix well. Combine the Milk and Mayonnaise in a bowl, add to mixture and
mix well.

Dish the mixture into a jumbo muffin pan, dishing 106g -108g of raw dough per muffin serving. Bake at 325F with convex or 350F without convex for 25min or until fully baked.
