These premium cuts of Angus Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Angus Reaper Chili Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.
