These premium cuts of Angus Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Angus Peri Peri Chili Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Anton’s Angus Peri Peri Chili Biltong is available in a more fatty selection due to the nature of Angus Certified beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with  a product as close to your preferences as possible. If you prefer less fatty or lean Biltong, we will pack the leanest Biltong we have available at the time of shipping.
