We source premium Angus Certified Beef, All Natural * Angus Certified Beef and All Natural * American Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Traditional South African Biltong. This product will contain one 4 oz pack of each of our three main types of Biltong.

These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong that is sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.
