This premium Beef is coarse ground and reworked by Artisans using traditional curing  methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Boerewors that is stuffed in Natural casings creating the perfect sausage for your eating pleasure.

Our Boerewors is vacuum sealed after production in order to ensure  maximum freshness and enjoyment.
