S’mores
Grab your mmmMallows Eggs and place one each on a flat biscuit such as a Marie or digestive biscuit. Roast under a preheated grill for about 5 minutes, or until the marshmallow is soft and gooey and the chocolate has melted (you could also do this on a plate in the microwave, cooking each s’more for 30 seconds). Top each s’more with another biscuit, wait for the marshmallow to cool down a little, then sink your teeth into these decadent Easter treats.
Level up: For the ultimate flavour sensation, smear biscuits with peanut butter before making your s’mores.
Easter egg ice cream
Roughly chop 12 mmmMallows Eggs. Keep a 1L tub of vanilla ice cream out of the freezer until soft and stirrable (or pop in the microwave to gently soften on the defrost setting). Stir in the chopped mmmMallows Eggs, mix well with a whisk and place back in the freezer to set.
Level up: Put the chopped mmmMallows Eggs under a preheated grill until brown and toasted, then stir into the softened ice cream to add a toasted marshmallow flavour.
