Natural Angus Droewors

We source All Natural * premium Angus Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Droewors.

This special mixture of meats are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing  methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We use only Natural Sheep Casings for all our Artisan made dried sausages ensuring the highest quality final products. We then produce an Authentic South African Droewors (Dried Sausage), dried to perfection, ready for your eating pleasure.

All our Biltong is packed as close as possible to order date to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.
