Ingredients

Ground Beef (Grind consistency & Fat % of your choice)

Worcestershire Sauce

Method

Mix the Droewors Spice, Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar and Honey (optional) together in a bowl. Add the Mixture to the Ground Beef and mix the ingredients until it’s properly mixed through.

Optional – Rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Add into Sausage Stuffer and stuff the mixture into 18mm – 24mm Lam casings. Casing thickness will be determined by your preference.
