We source premium Grade Venison for the creation of our Artisan made Venison Biltong.

These premium cuts of Venison are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing  methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong Sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Venison is naturally lean meat therefore our Venison Biltong tends to be leaner and gamier Biltong.

All our Biltong is packaged as close as possible to order date to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.
