At Anton’s we source only premium quality All Natural* American Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic US Wagyu Biltong. These premium cuts of American Wagyu Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Anton’s Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Anton’s Natural US Wagyu Biltong is generally a leaner, more marbled meat, due to the nature of American Wagyu Certified Beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with  a product as close to your preferences as possible.
