Natural Wagyu Biltong

We source All Natural * premium American Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong.

These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing  methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong that is sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Our Wagyu Beef tends to make use of leaner Beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with  a product as close to your preferences as possible. We cannot guarantee “Fat Free” meat, less fatty or lean will be the leanest Biltong we have available at the time of packing.

All our Biltong is packed as close as possible to order date to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.
