We source premium Angus Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong.

These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing  methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong Chili Stix that is dried to perfection for your eating pleasure. Beware!!! This one has a bit of a bite if that’s your thing!

All our Biltong is packed as close as possible to order date to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.
